Perfect bunches of Nebbiolo and careful vinification and aging, watched over day by day, coupled with the evaluation of each barrique before the assembly of the blend, produce a modern, harmonious Barolo that speaks the language of the Langhe while also expressing the estate's philosophy.
Vinification Maceration and fermentation in steel tanks for 15-20 days, with pumpovers, pushdowns, and delestages at regular intervals. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques of French oak, in which the wine then ages.
