Interpret the territory. This is Andrea and Luca Costa's philosophy. An interpretation entirely in red, and always inspired by authenticity and quality. In the Langhe, home to the Due Corti Estate, the wine that immediately expresses the spirit of the vineyards is Dolcetto DOC, whereas the Barolo DOCG, made from carefully selected Nebbiolo, matures in the cellars. In the Maremma, home to Terre di Fiori, Morellino di Scansano is the young ambassador of the Costa family. In both estates the starting point is the vineyards, which are tended day by day. The goal is to obtain just a few bunches per vine, of absolute quality. To reach this goal, the first rule is passion, accompanied by close pruning, painstaking work among the rows of vines, a rigorous green harvest in July, and then selection after selection until the harvest and beyond.
